Bearings are parts of equipment through which all produced forces in machinery passed. Therefore bearings are the first parts in machinery that are exposed to failures. Theoretically, a bearing has a life time of 100 years but practically this period reduced to 10 years in the best condition. To achieve this period, it’s necessary to monitor a bearing by aid of condition monitoring methods to maximize a bearing life time. To reach this target, an analyzer familiarity to all bearing types, the common failures and the prevention methods, repair and maintenance methods, lubrication and etc are necessary. “Detection rolling bearing failures” training course is scheduled to focus on the mentioned important topics, moreover on time failures detection will be studied.
